3. Products & Availability

We do our best to ensure all products, descriptions, and pricing are accurate. However, mistakes happen — we reserve the right to correct any errors or update information at any time without prior notice. Product availability may change without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

Everything you see on this site — our name, shade names, product descriptions, photography, copywriting, and design — belongs to Resist This Beauty LLC. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of our brand or content without permission. We take intellectual property seriously because our message matters.

5. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or misuse. Payment is processed securely through Shopify’s approved providers. We don’t store or have access to your full credit card details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from Florida, USA. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout. Once your package is transferred to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or other), it’s in their hands — literally. We’ll always do our best to help track it down, but we can’t replace or refund items lost or delayed by the postal service.

7. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and unopened. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used beauty products. To start a return, contact support@resistthisbeauty.com.

8. Donations

10% of every purchase supports organizations fighting for women’s rights and equal justice. In the event of a return, donations already made for that order cannot be reversed or refunded.

9. Accuracy of Information

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time. While we work hard to keep information accurate and current, we can’t guarantee it’s always perfect. You agree that it’s your responsibility to monitor changes to our site and policies.

10. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers (like Shopify, Klaviyo, and shipping carriers) to fulfill certain parts of your order or communication. Those providers have their own privacy and security policies, which we encourage you to review.

11. Limitation of Liability

We’re a small team doing big things with integrity. That said, Resist This Beauty LLC, its founders, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Use beauty products responsibly and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

These Terms of Service and any disputes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
