We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. While beauty is personal, your experience with Resist This Beauty should always feel good. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds, no fine print required.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in original condition. For health and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened or used beauty products.

To start a return, email us at support@resistthisbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll review your request and send instructions for sending your item back.

2. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product). In those cases, we’ll cover shipping and make it right.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll replace it or refund you — no need to ship it back.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process it.

Refunds are only issued for eligible items returned within the 14-day window. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Donation Policy

10% of every purchase supports organizations fighting for women’s rights and equal justice. Donations are distributed periodically based on total sales and are not tied to individual transactions. If a product is refunded, that order’s portion will simply be excluded from the next donation cycle.

6. Sale Items

All sale or discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged upon arrival.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different shade, please return your unused item for a refund and place a new order.
